I’ve managed to loose two pounds in two days, which sounds unhealthy but I’m thinking it cant be because I haven’t done anything bad. I’ve eaten at least (usually more) than 1,000 calories a day of ONLY HEALTHY FOOD. I haven’t been able to not cheat before now. I’m on a roll! Also, I’ve burned at least 500 calories by walking on my treadmill at an incline....
